Show Me Some Lovin’
May 23, 2008 by 2lazydogs
Seeing as this is a holiday weekend and I’m not going to be around to delight you with my usual wit and charm, I thought I’d take advantage of the opportunity to shamelessly plug my website and online shop. If you’re so inclined, feel free to check these out. No pressure…the links are always on my sidebar.

Wishing everyone in my blog-o-family a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend!

You are a veritable Paige Davis.
Have a great Memorial Day Weekend.
Aw, shucks. Thanks, Evyl. I have to keep these crafty hands busy because there’s no telling what trouble they might get into if I don’t!
Have a great MDW as well!
I have more craft crap I haven’t used. I just can’t ever think of anything crafty to make. I admire people like you with the imagination to make cool stuff. I’ve got to start using it soon or my daughter will have a fit because I’ve spent all this money on craft crap and never used it.
Have a great weekend!!!
Hi Joan,
Ooooo…craft crap! Believe me, I am the queen of craft crap. I bought all the fixin’s for a scrapbook when my daughter was born. She’s going to be 10…and I haven’t made a single page. Ugh. So, I’ve decided to use all the scrapbook paper for the coasters, picture frames and other such fun stuff. I always seem to get way over my head in craft crap and never have enough time to use it all. *sigh*
Hope you have a great weekend, also!
Very pretty coasters! I’d love to do something like that. I seem to get interested in so many different things… I think that if I just found on passion at crafting and put all my effort into that one thing, I’d be unstoppable! It’s hard having my hands in so many pots at the same time! Like Joan, I too have so many supplies; from rubber stamping, to different shaped pans and stained glass from my “garden stone” phase, to the yarns for knitting scarfs, scrapbooking supplies, colored thin wire from my “greeting cards” phase, and so much more…. I wish I could find ONE THING I LOVE to do!
Hope you have a great holiday weekend also! Your work is amazing! Just beautiful and they look like they will withstand the test of time… very durable!
Hi Anne,
Thanks! Yep…like I was telling Joan, I have WAY too much craft crap. I see an idea and have to run to the store and load up on supplies…only to have it sit around on a shelf and not be used, most of the time. I have boxes of paint, jewelry making supplies, yarn, you name it. BUT…this time I’m sticking with the coasters, frames & magnets. They’re so much fun to make. (I say that now, but next week I’ll probably latch on to some other crafty idea!!!)
Enjoy your weekend!
Wow, you are a creative genius! I love, love the stained glass idea and I have this pesky odd sized window in my living room that could use a perfect touch like that. Unfortunately for me the measure twice cut once rule never applies, plus my windows are framed in plaster, what a mess. I will keep my eyes open for a stained glass piece though. I wonder if I could add stained glass to the actual window? Himm.
Anyway have a great long weekend! I love your website BTW!
Thanks, DDTD! I don’t’ know about creative genius…but thanks!
Hmmm…I’ve often thought about taking a piece of stained glass and adhering it to a window with silicone. I’ll have to try it and let you know if it works.
Have a great weekend, also!
Oooh, pretty stuff! Me likey.
Annie
