He’s the man!
Now I know where our coffee has been disappearing to every morning… never knew our dogs might crave it.

I never knew a dog that liked coffee – until this one. He was allowed to lick the lids of our take-out lattes when he was a pup so he started early. I cannot leave my cup anywhere within his reach (which is pretty much any counter or table!) or he will lap it up and make a giant coffee mess. His brother, on the other hand, has not acquired the taste.
Heehee. And yet he looks so innocent!

I just love his face in the pic. I do believe he’s thinking, “Hey, where’s MY coffee?”.
I don’t actually let him have much…just a couple licks off my finger. But sometimes when I forget and leave my cup sitting around he’ll help himself. He never shows any affects what with being 110 lbs. I think it would take quite a bit to get him going!
I can’t say I’ve had a pet steal coffee before, but we had a cat who could open up the cupboard and lick the butter. I guess each critter has their own quirk
